Can I get local shipping?
We deliver locally from Fishermans Paradise, NSW 2539 to Kings Point, NSW 2539 twice a week.
How long does it take for local delivery?
Orders placed Monday to Wednesday 5pm AEST will be delivered Thursday and orders placed Thursday to Sunday will be delivered Monday. You’ll receive an email letting you know when your order will be dropped off. Please specifiy in delivery notes if you would like it dropped off in a specific position other than your letter box. You’ll receive an email letting you know that your order has been delivered.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order’s estimated delivery time depends on the option you choose at the cart. Orders will be processed same day when ordered before 2.30pm AEST Monday to friday.
Australia Post Standard - Estimated 2 to 4 business days for NSW residents and 3 to 6 business days for interstate residents.
Express post - Estimated 1 to 2 business days for NSW residents and 2 to 3 business days for intersate residents.
Bush and Bee designs are not responsible for delays made by Australia Post.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Most orders are processed same day, but can take up to 3 days, depending on when the order was placed. Generally orders placed Monday to friday before 2.30pm AEST are fulfilled the same day and orders placed from Friday after 2.30pm AEST through to Sunday will not be fulfilled until the following Monday. Once we have processed your order you will get an email letting you know it has been shipped from our facility.
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship throughout Australia, but we would love to hear from you if you would like us to ship outside of Australia - Email us at bushandbee@outlook.com
How much does shipping cost?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on what you order, what shipping option you choose and how far your order has to go. All shipping fees will be displayed at the checkout.
Please double check your shipping details prior to completing your order. If you supply us with an incorrect address, you will be responisible for any costs associated with replacing or reshipping your order in the event that it doesn’t arrive. We always suggest you choose a tracked shipping option to ensure your products arrive safely to you. If you decide to choose shipping without tracking, we will not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement if your order gets lost in the mail.
Do you use sustainable shipping materials?
Yes, we use 100% recycled and compostable materials, including labels, stickers and mailers. We don’t use any plastic. We are happy to answer any sustainablity questions or concerns over email to bushandbee@outlook.com
What is your return/refund policy?
We do not offer any returns or refunds for damaged products at this time. We do our best to make sure your item is as safe as possible before it leaves our hands.
We cannot offer any refunds for untracked orders that get lost in the mail system, any costs associated with replacing a lost order are the responsibility of the customer. We always suggest choosing tracked shipping to ensure your product finds it way to you.
How can I tell if my order has been shipped?
We will email you a confirmation email as soon as we have shipped your order. If you havent recieved an email, double check your junk mail as our emails often get filtered into junk. If you still have not recieved your shipping confirmation email 5 days after you placed your order, please send us an email at bushandbee@outlook.com
